Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 in 1978. She is known as an actor in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She is currently an analyst and team leader for GI-TOC multilateral engagement. As part of her role at GI TOC she is focused on the assassination of people - which includes disappearances in addition to violence of different forms in relation to illicit economics. Her interests in research also include the effects of organized crime on human rights and humanitarian laws and policies. Ana Paula holds an LL.M with a laude cumulus of International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds the LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She's been a lawyer for more than four years, working in a firm focused on litigation involving public law. In addition, she worked in assisting roles with non-governmental organizations based in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
