
Sara Aliza Eisen (American television journalist) is currently a part of CNBC. She is a co-anchor for CNBC's shows 'Squawkon on the Street' as well as Closing Bell'. The Ohio native and a native of Ohio, she wasn't too attracted to the world of markets and currencies during her time in college. While studying at New York University she interned for ForexTV.com. It was there that she first had a chance to work working in business news. The Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University gave her a master's of broadcast journalism. The internship was for four months with Bloomberg TV, Hong Kong. She returned to America and was hired by Bloomberg's New York office. She eventually became a TV anchor. CNBC hired her in December 2013 to be reporter. She has served as anchor of 'Worldwide Exchange and Power Lunch', and then landed the role on "Closing Bell' in the year. Eisen co-anchors 'Squawk on the Street since the year 2014. She is among the most respected business journalists of the present. Since joining CNBC, her primary concern has been global consumer news.
